Support Coordination
Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support designed to assist you to better understand your NDIS plan. We will provide you with guidance and help to navigate the NDIS so that you can best utilise the funded supports in your plan to access what you need, when you need it.
At Samepage we are experts at helping you understand your plan, how to maximise your funding and connect you with the right service providers that will work with you to achieve your goals. We are happy to do the groundwork for you, research new and existing providers that will meet your specific needs.
We will be there with you throughout the period of your NDIS plan and assist you to prepare for your next plan.
Samepage offer one service only – Support Coordination. That means we don’t encounter any conflicts of interest when recommending service providers. We always act and provide advice in an unbiased, impartial way. We are here to help you make decisions and choices that reflect what’s right for you, nobody else.
